I have lost my password, how can i get it?

If you have lost your password, you can retrieve it by connecting to http://www.nwglobalvending.com/reserved-area/password and entering your username or email address. An email will be sent with all the required data.

I have changed my password but i can’t enter

Please check if you are trying with the new password you have received. If you’re trying to enter by making copy/paste of the password, please check that there are no spaces embedded.

I can’t login with my credentials

If you can’t enter the reserved area with your credentials, please check if someone from your company asked for a password reset. Should you need further assistance, please write to spare.parts@nwglobalvending.com

I did not receive any confirmation email

Please check if the emails have been moved into the SPAM folder of your email box. Should you need further assistance, please write to spare.parts@nwglobalvending.com

I am trying to register to the reserved area but i can’t

If you’re trying to register to the reserved area with an email already used, your account could be pending to approval. Please wait for the approval email with login instructions.
